Ben Folds and Missy Higgins @ Congress

Missy Higgins was great, and actually did a better solo with Folds on "You Don't Know Me." I definitely prefer her piano stuff to the acoustic guitar, however; her vocals are far stronger. Brendan, Drew and I attended the Congress Theatre show, a venue pulling in a lot of stronger acts this year, definitely becoming a more viable rival to the Vic and Riv theatres in town. Best of all is that Folds played not only his new material and some classics, but played nearly everything from his 'leak' album (which he leaked himself so he could give fans some fun for free).
